No previous 101 class is necessary, but would be helpful. We will be covering the info beyond the basics. We will be covering some of the next most ordered oils and supplements. Everyone will leave with a couple “Make ‘N’ Takes” using Young Living Essential oil items.

Monogram Centerpiece

This adorable wooden centerpiece box is assembled and ready for you to customize with your family name and paint to match your home decor! Several option of wood stain colors will be available to stain your 12″ X 3″ X 3″ wooden box. A stencil will be used to create your family name and established year, then a colorful selection of paint will be available to paint the word and three mason jars. All materials are provided and we will take you through the process step by step–no experience is needed!

Mosaic Panel Art

Are you looking for something fun and whimsical to hang in your home or garden? Then this mosaic panel class is for you!! Participants will adorn a weather proof panel with beautiful, random cut stained glass, gems and mirrors. Design ideas such as flowers, words, and other fun ideas will be available, or create your own design! Mosaic techniques and tips will be provided, as well as all tools and supplies.

4-hour refresher course

This is a 4-hour single session class for those who have taken the 8-hour driving class and need to renew for the insurance discount. The class will cover today’s driving environment and how to compensate for our physical changes. We will review interacting with traffic, defensive driving techniques, traffic laws, and learn how to select a safer vehicle with current safety features.

This course is for those who have not taken the safety course for 55+ to qualify for the insurance discount. This course will give you a chance to brush up on existing driving skills and pick up some new ideas about how to drive safely and defensively. Participants aged 55 and over will receive a 10% discount (required by state) on their insurance premiums, good for a 3-year period, at which time participants would need to take the 4-hour refresher course again to qualify for the discount. No testing is required. Class fee includes all materials. Participants must attend the full 8 hours to qualify for the insurance discount.

Dates: Tuesday, March 6 and Tuesday, March 13, 2018

Children with High intensity temperaments are often seen as children who are challenging in school/child care. The “Nurtured Heart Approach”, based on the work of Howard Glaser, is a unique approach for working with children who have challenging behaviors. This course combines 4 effective strategies for helping caregivers transform the way they see children who have high energy/intensity from a challenge to a gift.
