9:00 AM Tour RCA Studio B
Historic RCA Studio B – once the recording home of popular music titans such as Elvis Presley, Chet Atkins, Eddy Arnold, and the Everly Brothers – is both a classroom for Nashville-area students and a popular cultural attraction.
10:15 AM Tour the County Music Hall of Fame
Step into the world of country music and discover the stories behind the songs. See over 3,000 stage costumes, original song manuscripts, instruments and personal items on display.

2:30 PM Tour (self-guided) the Ryman Auditorium
Built in 1892, the Ryman Auditorium is a National Historic Landmark and a must see for anyone visiting Nashville. Enjoy rare photos and footage from the Johnny Cash Show of Cash with Bob Dylan and Ray Charles and have your picture taken on the stage graced by legends from Houdini and Hank Williams to Bob Hope and Bruce Springsteen.
3:30 PM Depart on foot to explore and shop the Downtown Nashville area
6:00 PM Meet at the Wildhorse Saloon
6:15 PM Enjoy a group buffet dinner with a group line dancing lesson!
Menu to include: garden salad, shaved beef brisket, hickory smoked pulled pork, wild horse baked beans, southern cole slaw, yeast rolls and corn bread, fruit cobbler and unlimited coffee, tea, water, and soda
8:15 PM Load motor coach; depart for the Holiday Inn Express (or similar)

9:00 AM Hayfield High School Choir participates in a clinic at Vanderbilt University

12:30 PM Enjoy the art at the Parthenon
The Parthenon stands proudly as the centerpiece of Centennial Park, Nashville’s premier urban park. The re-creation of the 42-foot statue Athena is the focus of the Parthenon just as it was in ancient Greece. The building and the Athena statue are both full-scale replicas of the Athenian originals.
2:45 PM Load motor coach; depart for Bicentennial Capitol Mall
Bicentennial Capitol Mall gives visitors a taste of Tennessee’s history, natural wonders and serves as a lasting monument to Tennessee’s Bicentennial Celebration, which was June 1, 1996. Bicentennial Capitol Mall is a popular walking destination for locals and visitors. The park offers seasonal interest and beauty as well as historic landmarks and points of interest.
5:15 PM Enjoy a group dinner at Santa Fe Cattle Company
7:00 PM Enjoy a performance at the Grand Ole Opry
During any given Opry show, audiences can expect the best in country, bluegrass, comedy, gospel, and more performed by Country Music Hall of Famers, Opry members who helped establish the Opry as the home of country music, revered superstars, and rising rookies just starting to make names for themselves. “The Grand Ole Opry celebrates the diversity of all the musical styles under the country music umbrella.”
9:00 PM After the show, enjoy a Backstage Tour
A tour of the Opry House provides a behind-the-scenes look at country’s most famous show and a true entertainment business phenomenon, complete with great stories about the Opry and its members as well as enough photo opportunities to fill any Nashville scrapbook.
