Dear Prospective Parents of Pre-School Students for the 2024-2025 Academic Year,
We are pleased to announce that we will be offering two sections of pre-school for the upcoming school year, which will be our third year doing so. We are excited to continue this tradition, as it has allowed us to accommodate all students who have requested admission thus far. In order to simplify the registration process and reduce any associated stress or time constraints, we are opening up registration immediately, and it will remain open until January 12th. By January 19th, or earlier, we will notify parents regarding their child’s acceptance into the program. Upon acceptance a $200 deposit will be due by February 2nd, 2024. While we are confident that we will have sufficient spots to accommodate all applicants, in the event that we receive more applications than available spots, we will conduct a lottery to determine admission. Rest assured, we are committed to accommodating as many students and families as possible, and since implementing two sections, we have not turned anyone away.
As parents, please follow these steps:
- Contact Tanya Rieken before January 12th via phone at 507-671-1518 or email at email@example.com. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours. If you do not receive an email, please call the elementary office.
- Inform Tanya of your preference for either a four-day or five-day school week. The cost for the 2024-2025 academic year is $525/month for 4 days per week or $550/month for 5 days per week.
- Familiarize yourself with this year’s handbook, which can be accessed at the following link: Pre-School Handbook. The handbook can also be found under the Elementary-Parent/Student Resources section of the school website.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to Tanya Rieken, Kayla Stanton, or myself, Gregg Slaathaug, at the school.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
