Hello,
My name is Tina Slaathaug and I am the 4th-7th grade Physical Education teacher. I am currently in my 24th year of teaching with this being my 5th year teaching Physical Education in the Hayfield School District. Previous to teaching Physical Education, I had the pleasure of teaching special education at Murray County Central Schools and Fulda Elementary Schools for 19 years.
I graduated from Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD with a major in both Physical Education and Special Education and a minor in Sociology. I also ran track and cross-country for Northern State University and I was the team captain for cross-country my final season at Northern.
When I am not teaching, I love to run, and I enjoy being outside as much as I can doing a variety of activities with my husband Gregg and three children Payton, Ethan and Drew.
I am excited to work with your child and watch their growth. Together we can help your child achieve success!

Our Children: Payton, Ethan and Drew
